The location is central, just next door to the beach, the mall, souvenir shops, as well as the airport at night. A nice touch is also the good beverages in the poolside bar.

it was surely a such great stay for fun holidays. everything was brand-new, so were awesome views on the mountains. this hotel was set in a central area next to the mountains, halal food, and central festival. it also was in patong.

Enjoyed the breakfast, it had all the usual options and everything was super tasty. had a great time chilling at the poolside bar each evening 🍹.

This modern and affordable room on the 5th floor is comfortable, the staff is cooperative, and it is conveniently located with on-site parking.

I can't recommend this hotel, because its a construction site. Nothing was ready and everywhere was dirt, paint or something. Our TV was already in a foil. We had to wait 45 minutes for checkIn (at 3 p.m.!). Wifi was not working. And, I don't know why, the stairs are for giants ( i mean: one step is about 50cm.. what is this?) The breakfast-room has no flair and the whole moot in this hotel was not good. Maybe its better in 2 or 3 yars, but now (January 2013) it's not ok for this price.

The pictures advertising this place Andatel were so far fetched and photoshopped you could pretty much say it is false advertising.. To start with pool area is incomplete with no bar or any kind of service, poor staff communication skills, cheap poorly designed rooms with no phone, wifi constantly drops out or just doesn't work, terrible dinning area that serves cold food, or anytype of outdoor entertainment .. All in all very disappointed and feel ripped off!

This hotel is still under construction works.When it's will be ready then I think it will be nice.

We got great value for our money at Andatel. The room was lovely, with good air con and a good TV. The location was perfect, close enough to the main area of Patong Beach with shops and restaurants, but far enough away from the noise and crowds. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially the manager who went above and beyond to help us make our flight on time.

The morning meal could have been better if there were more options for hot food.

Located on the less busy area of Patong hence pretty quiet ambience. Convenience store located very near to the Hotel.

The Hotel was not completely ready at time of check in.
